RETURN & REFUND

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Items purchased on final sale or during clearance
  • Opened or used screen protectors, finger sleeves, or GripSticks for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item(s).
Please do not return any item without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is processed and handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
